What is the difference between a Second-Hand and Refurbished phone?

Refurbished phone,  is sent through a Technical Refurbish Centre. These phones go through 65 Point Quality Checks and comes with 12 Months Repair Warranty and 7 Days Replacement. Second-Hand Phone is simply a used phone and doesn’t come with any warranty or replacement.

Is there any device replacement policy?

• Easy replacement of device within 7 days of delivery. In case the phone you want is out of stock, you can choose to buy another one or claim a full refund. For a successful replacement, keep the device's original packaging, MRP tag, accessories , invoice and warranty card with it.
